Are you ready for fall!?
It’s coming ready or not! Unfortunately I’ve never been an avid fall lover… I know, I know… stop all the hateful looks through your screen now- I realize I’m in the minority here haha! It’s not because I don’t like pretty leaves, or fresh air. I love harvest around here… which all comes with fall!
It’s because I despise cold weather…. I’m not even sure despise is a good enough word to describe how I feel. Cold makes me feel, well… cold ha! And I just don’t like it! I enjoy summer and sunshine so much!!
But enough of my complaining! Yesterday my littlest one and I took a mile and a half hike up and down our gravel road and picked some wild flowers! We had a great time (until she tuckered out 😂) talking and enjoying the wonderful crisp air!!
After we got back we decide to whip up some yummy peanut butter cookies! I don’t know why, but peanut butter cookies just seem like a staple fall treat… and these are the easiest ever!
Have you figured out a theme to my recipes yet? I love easy!! Easy, one bowl recipes are something I truly adore.. in this stage of my life- I don’t have a lot of time for extravagant things!

You put the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in the bowl and stir it until smooth. That’s it!! Then we added one more ingredient… chocolate chips!! Because who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate!!!
It’s literally that simple! I had my little fork them, like you would a normal peanut butter cookie- which she thoroughly enjoyed!!! This makes a fun kid recipe because it’s so easy!!
I bake them at 350° for 10 mins and then let them sit and cool before taking them off the cookie sheet!
Let me know below if you try these delicious cookies!!
